Refund and Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer service team.

Products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in good condition, unused whenever applicable, and returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase.

If you believe that a product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos along with a description of the issue.

All reported cases are reviewed by our Quality Control team. If the Quality Control inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, Luster Supplies will arrange either a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the case.

Please note that opening or testing the product for inspection does not automatically void your eligibility for a claim. However, products that are damaged due to improper storage, misuse, incorrect handling, or use outside the manufacturer’s instructions are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
